Every Tuesday at 6:20 PM, adults in their twenties and thirties meet at the church for the Impact-27 Circle. It is a small group built around a plain question: what happens between finishing your twenties and having your life mostly figured out.
Three words, one theme
The circle takes its name from three words: belong, become, make an impact. Belonging comes first. Nobody has to arrive with the right answers or the right resume. Becoming comes next, through teaching, mentoring, and prayer, the ordinary work of growing into who you are meant to be. Making an impact is what that growth is for, serving Lakeland and reaching further than Lakeland with whatever you have learned along the way.
Why a room just for this age
Rhema treats this stretch of adulthood as worth a room of its own, rather than folding it into a youth group on one side or a general adult class on the other. The men's brotherhood, Barbershop Talk, lives by the conviction Proverbs 27:17 puts plainly: iron sharpens iron. The Impact-27 Circle applies that same idea to a specific decade of life, on a Tuesday evening rather than a Sunday morning.
