We will pray for you

Tell us what is going on. You do not have to give your name, you do not have to belong to this church, and you do not have to believe anything in particular.

Every weekday at seven in the morning

Every weekday morning, people from this church call one number and pray together. You dial in from wherever you are. Kitchen, car, bed, the parking lot before your shift starts.

You do not have to say anything. Plenty of people call in, put the phone down beside them, and listen. That is a completely normal way to be part of it.

The 848 area code is New Jersey. Depending on your plan the call may not be free, so it is worth checking your minutes before you dial.

Sunday morning

There is no prayer call on a Sunday. Morning Glory takes that place, an hour of worship and prayer on Facebook with Evangelist Jackie, from 8:00 to 9:00 in the morning. You watch rather than dial in.

Ask us to pray

Somebody here will read it and pray for it. That is the whole promise, and we keep it.

Write as much or as little as you want. One line is fine. You can leave your name out, and if you do give it, it stays with the prayer team.

What is this about?

If you want somebody to call you back, give us a number or an email. If you do not, we will not contact you.

Your request goes to the prayer team. We will not add you to a mailing list, pass your details on, or ask you for money.

If you are not religious

Some of the people who send requests through this page do not go to church and do not intend to start. That is fine, and we mean it.

You do not have to phrase it a particular way. You do not have to use any special words. "My mother is sick and I am scared" is a prayer request. So is "I do not know if I believe in this, but things are bad."

Nobody will put you on a mailing list, turn up at your door, or ask you to give money. We will pray, and that is where it ends unless you ask for more.

Prayer at the church

You can also ask for prayer in person. At the end of the Sunday service there is time set aside for it, and you can go forward or stay in your seat and ask somebody quietly.
